Leased around 1895, Northern Illinois University is the comprehensive teaching& locate institution by owning a student enrollment of to a higher degree 25,000. Set inside one of a virtually all dynamic regions of the united states, using its independent campus in DeKalb (just 65 miles west of Chicago), NIU also operates satellite centers around Hoffman Estates, Naperville, Rockford, and Oregon, Illinois. A university is composed of seven degree-granting colleges that together offer 52 undergrad majors & 74 postgraduate computer software, including Ten Ph.D. programs, doctoral degrees in Education and the Juris Doctorate.
